Sub-Topic 1: MEANING OF HONESTY
This is the attitude of standing for the truth or telling the truth at all times. It also means being fair, sincere and truthful.
It may also involve such attitudes as equity, fairness, openness, uprightness and sincerity. Honesty implies being trustworthy; not likely to lie, cheat or hide facts.

Sub-Topic 2: ATTRIBUTES OF HONESTY
When we talk of attributes of honesty, we mean the characteristics, features or elements of honesty. They are as follow:
- INTEGRITY – An honest person is a man or woman of integrity who would always do what is right.
- TRUTHFULNESS – An honest person will always say the truth all the time.
- BOLDNESS AND COURAGE – Boldness and courage is a necessary condition for honesty. An honest person will not be bothered about whatever will happen when truth is required in any situation.
- FAIRNESS – An honest person will be fair to all not minding whose horse is gored or what situation he may find himself
- RESPONSIBILITY – An honest person is a responsible person. This is carrying out your obligation or duties, being answerable for your own actions.
- HONOUR – An honest person is a man of honour. This is because he is able to keep his word.
