Candidates’ Weakness
The Chief Examiner reported that the candidates’ weakness was observed in:
- drawing of logic gates,
- history of computer
Suggested Remedies
- Computer Studies instructors are encouraged to identify the correct teaching methodology which will help the students to understand their weak areas better.
- Instructors are advised to teach students the correct spellings of computer term.
- The use of audio-visual teaching aids to teach students on history of computers is encouraged.
Candidates’ Strength
The Chief Examiner reported that a good number of the candidates demonstrated a sound understanding of input devices, number system and networking devices.
