Master Degree Programmes
- An applicant shall normally possess not lower than Second Class Honors (Lower Division) of any approved University.
Postgraduate Diploma Programmes
- An applicant for admission to Postgraduate Diploma of the University shall be:
- A graduate of Fountain university or any other approved University with at least 3rd class degree
- An HND holder with minimum of lower credit from any approved Polytechnic.
Regardless of the institution where the previous Degree is obtained, ALL CANDIDATES shall apply early for their official Degree academic transcripts to be addressed to The Dean, Postgraduate School, Fountain University, Osogbo
RETURN OF APPLICATION FORM
Application form should be completed and returned by hand or courier services with the photocopies of the following documents:
- WASC/G.C.E. O’Level/TC II Certificate or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND Certificate
- Master’s Degree Certificate for candidates proposing to pursue Ph.D.
- Notification of Results of Bachelor’s Degree Examinations for A. U. graduates proposing to pursue Masters and Ph.D. Degrees
- NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate for Nigerian Candidates
- Marriage Certificate or Evidence of Change of Name(s) where applicable
- Four recent passport-sized photographs
The completed application form must be submitted online or by hand or courier to the Secretary, College of Postgraduate Studies, Fountain University, Osogbo, Osun State.
