FOUNDATION PROGRAM IN ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES
The Foundation Program in Environmental studies prepares candidates for entry into any of the following degree options:
- Building
- Visual Arts and Creative Design
- Geography and Environmental Management
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Building: Applicants must possess at least, five (5) credit passes in SSCE/ WASSCE /GCE O’ Level, /NECO,/NABTEB at not more than two (2) sittings in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any other two (2) subjects from Geography, Economics, Arts, Technical Drawings, Biology and Agric Science.
- Visual and Creative Design: Applicants must possess at least, five (5) credit passes including English Language and Mathematics in SSCE/ WASSCE /GCE O’ Level/ NECO /NABTEB at not more than two (2) sittings. A credit or pass in Fine and Applied Arts is an additional advantage. Candidates having TC11 with at least merit grade in Fine and Applied Arts may also apply.
- Geography and Environmental Management: Applicants must possess at least, five (5) credit passes in SSCE/WASC/GCE O’Level/NECO/NABTEB at not more than two sittings in English Language, Mathematics, Geography and any other two (2) subjects.
NOTE: Candidates admitted into the Pre-Degree Program are required to register with JAMB to write the UTME and score a minimum of AAU JAMB cut-off point as prescribed for the session. They are also required to take AAU as first choice in JAMB and register the same course as in the AAU Pre-Degree Program.
