Suggested courses to study with D7 in Mathematics

It is well known that many aspirants had D7 in Mathematics in their O’level exams, which might be a bit frustrating. Although Mathematics the Most significant subject across all arms and boundaries, but still, it’s not every course that demands a distinction in Mathematics from you.

Getting a grade of D7 in Mathematics is not the end of life. It’s unwise for you to think you cant study any course of your choice with it, Provided it’s D7 and not F9.

Below are the few suggested courses to study in Nigeria Universities, Polytechnics, and Colleges when you have D7 in Mathematics.

  1. Theatre art – The theater art course is one of the popular courses in most Nigerian universities’ faculty of Arts and accepts D7 in mathematics. So, if you are interested in Film studies with your D7 in Mathematics, you can still apply.
  2. Sociology-Sociology is essentially a social science concerned with the study of society and human behavior and relationships
  3. Public administration- Public administration is a field of public service and prepares students for employment in government and non-profit organizations in Nigeria and the international community
  4. Psychology-Psychology studies the course of human development from conception throughout the lifespan.
  5. Political science – Political Science is a widely known art course among students. You will learn to critically evaluate public policies and institutions and are encouraged to become actively involved in the community through internships in government and public law.
  6. Mass Communication – Mass Communication focuses on one place to send information to many recipients, big Meetings, specializing in theater and classroom education, offers opportunities for careers in the profession through publicity and outreach.
  7. Anthropology -Known as the ‘science of humanity,’ anthropology covers a broad range of topics – from human behavior to cultural relations, and how humanity’s evolution has influenced societal structure. It is often described as being both scientific and humanistic while focusing on history to an extent, and there’s plenty of chance to apply it in modern contexts tool
