Snack
Meaning
Snacks are light food taken in between meals. They are prepared from ingredients available at home without much preparation. They are portable, quick, and satisfying.
Snacks are simple and quick prepared meals, convenient and easy to eat. Snacks should include the essential nutrients needed by the body to perform its normal functions.

Fruits drinks are juice extracted from fruits and diluted with sugar, pineapple drinks etc.

Snack II
Snacks are light food taken in between meals. They are prepared from ingredients available at home without much preparation. They are portable, quick, and satisfying. Snacks are simple and quick prepared meals, convenient and easy to eat. Snacks should include the essential nutrients needed by the body to perform its normal functions. Snacks: they are light food taken in between meals.
On the other hand, main meals are the real foods eaten three times a day, i.e. in the morning (breakfast), afternoon (lunch) and in the evening (dinner). Main meals contain the essentials nutrients required by the body to perform it task. Put simply, main-meal are the major food taken three times in a day that contains balanced diet e.g.
