This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Ojasweb collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.erudites.ng website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Ojasweb Academy.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
Erudites Play/Game Policy
The Erudites Play/Game program could help participants to earn money by playing educational game on the platform, and at the same time improve their knowledge. We do not guarantee that you will win or make certain amount of money on the platform.
Our major goal is to help students develop more interest in their academic study and inculcate the habit of answering questions in them.
This policy governs your participation in the program, and your participation confirms that you’ve read and agree to the policy.
This policy could be updated from time to time with or without prior notice to the users.
Participation fee
Playing game on the platform requires payment in order to be able to qualify for the cash price. The price for each game is specified on the game page.
Participants must pay for every attempt of the game. Participation without payment record will automatically disqualify such person and there would not be any chance of winning the cash price in such situation.
Participants can pay for the game using the available funds in their wallet. We have provided easy method for participants to add funds to their wallet. If needed, we might be able to fund participants wallet manually after confirmation of payment.
User/Account
As part of our continuous efforts to encourage students to study their books and become the best version of themselves, we discourage all forms of cheating in examinations whether on this platform or anywhere else. In order to minimize or prevent cheating on this site, we do not allow a single user to have multiple accounts. We might not be able to detect all forms of cheating, however, once detected, such user account will be disabled immediately.
It is possible for two people with the same surname, in case of brothers/sisters to have one account each on the site, however, we do not allow more than two people from the same family to create accounts. Our efforts are to encourage excellence and not cheating.
Winning Conditions
In order to WIN the cash price for every game play, participants must meet the minimum required score which is 80% correct answers within the stipulated time. All participants are encouraged to submit the game before the stipulated time, otherwise, a second extra time will disqualify their chance of winning even if the score is higher than 80% correct answer.
Any fraudulent behavior during the game period will automatically disqualify the participant. Fraudulent behaviors include but not limited to:
- Gaming the time.
- Copying the questions to search online.
- Disabling some scripts on your browser, E.T.C.
Daily Winning Limit.
In order to maintain the sustainability of the platform and to ensure that all the winners get paid without delay, we limit the price winning to 1000 Naira per day per user. Each user cannot win more than 1000 Naira per day.
Other Winning Opportunities
In addition to the cash price for winning the game, we offer other winning opportunities for the members. Other winning opportunities are announced on the game platform and will be communicated to the winners. We encourage members to be active in order to be among the winners.
Conditions for continuous participation.
Erudites gamers are allowed to participate for as long as they want, however in order to be able to achieve the goal of encouraging more students to study their book while also rewarding them for outstanding performance, it is important for every gamer to refer at least one new member after every THREE WINNINGS. That is, once a gamer won up to three times, he/she must refer at least one new person to join the platform to play the real game.
Payment for Winning.
Price for winning will be paid to the participant’s bank account after proper verification. Verification is done to ensure that the participant meet the quality control standard. We do not encourage cheating on the platform, hence any participant with such behavior might not be paid.
In the event that the participant has accumulated winning, the payment might be made in segments depending on the winning load.
We might also allow participants to use their winning to make purchase on the website. This option will be available to the participants during their checkouts.
Submitted Data/Information.
The information submitted by the participants is used for improvement of the platform and for remittance of cash won. We might use the submitted data for subsequent marketing and for improvement within the platform. However, we will not share the information to any third party.
We might ask the users/participants to provide their names, email address, phone number, location, ID, bank account number (strictly for payouts). WE WILL NEVER ASK FOR YOUR BVN NUMBER.
Certificate and Game Result
In order to prevent the users from sharing the answers among themselves or saving the answers for future expo, we do not allow users to see the solutions after the game. However, they will still be able to see the point scored and the grade.
NOTE that we do not alter users’ score whatsoever. Every submitted game will be available on the platform for up to 30 days. Submitted game will be deleted after 30 days to reduce load on our database.
Network/Technical Issue During the Game
We do not offer incentive for whatever challenges you might be faced with during the game. The game is expected to last between 5 – 10 minutes, hence we encourage you to check your network connection before commencement of the game.
If there’s any serious issue from the server that affect the game play, we might offer compensation credit to the affected users. The credit will be added to their wallet so that they can use it for future game.
Changes to this privacy policy
Erudites Academy has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
