Federal University of Technology, Akure, is one of the Nigerian federal university with a long list of postgraduate courses in FUTA; in addition to its several courses at undergraduate level. The postgraduate school of the institution began as a Board of Postgraduate Studies in 1986 before it later became a what it is today.
