Uli College of Education (UCOE) is a private teacher training institution located in Uli town, Ihiala Local Government Area of Anambra State, Nigeria. It was founded by Chief Chukwdoruo Paulinus Uli – akpusi Ifemba. It was inaugurated on 4th Janunary 2018 by the Catholic Bishop of Orlu Diocese, Most Rev. Dr. Augustine T. Ukwuoma. The college commenced academic activities with the pioneer students in the 2017/2018 session.

It is approved by the National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE), to mount Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) programmes.
