Grace Polytechnic is the second private polytechnic in Nigeria. The Polytechnic was established in 1999 following the Federal Government of Nigeria allowing private investors in the provision of tertiary education in Nigeria.

Grace Polytechnic has two campuses: one in Surulere, Lagos Central, and the other in Omu, Epe Division of Lagos State.
