Fidei Polytechnic is a private polytechnic located in Gboko, Benue State, Nigeria. It is recognized as the first privately owned polytechnic in the Northern region of Nigeria.

After satisfying all the statutory requirements, Fidei Polytechnic, Gboko, was issued official approval to operate as a private polytechnic by the Benue State Ministry of Education (BSME), Makurdi, in September, 2001. The Polytechnic formally received the approval of the Federal Ministry of Education (FMOE), and was granted the official license to operate through the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), as the first private polytechnic in the whole Northern part of Nigeria, on the 7th April, 2007.
