Federal College of Education, Jama’are, is situated in the town of Jama’are area of Bauchi state, Nigeria. You may also wish to know that, the permanent sites of the college is located at old Faculty of Agricultural Science Bauchi Stale University, Gadau along the Maiduguri-Kano express way, which is the only highway linking all the states in the sub-region with Kano and entire North-West of the country.
Authorization to start operation was given in October, 2022. The College started with initial recruitment of 150 staff, with first set of newly admitted students 350. The National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE) became the funding and Policy control agency responsible for the supervision of the college and all other Federal College of Education in Nigeria.
