The FCT police command has arrested three suspects alleged to be the masterminders of the kidnap of over 100 students of Bethel Baptist School, Kaduna.
The suspects identified as Adamu Bello, Isiaku Lawal, and Muazu Abubakar were paraded by the Force Public Relations Officers, Frank Mba, while dressed in military camouflage at the headquarters of defunct Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), in Abuja.
27-year-old Abubakar who confessed to the crime said 25 people were involved in the abduction and it was done in a desperate bid to get money. He further revealed that 136 students were abducted, and he was given N100,000 from the ransom paid.
