Management has observed with concern the slow pace at which the procedures and processes of the current screening exercise were being carried out. These have resulted in delays in the payment of School fees by some willing students.

However, to ensure that the screening exercise is not delayed further,

Management has directed we should revert to manual screening in the interim as a way out.

Consequently, all School Officers are directed to ask their Screening Offices to relocate to their various Schools and offices immediately and commence manual screening.

All Deans and Heads of Department are directed to bring the contents of this memo to the attention of students in their various Schools and Departments with immediate effect

Please, the above directives are to ensure that students, who had not been screened owing to their inability to upload their Credentials, could now submit photocopies of their Credentials and evidence of payment of thair School fees to their respective School Officers immediately. Thereafter, the verification of the credentials would be carried out
