How do you trace the evolution of the five kingdoms of animals in relation to the levels of organisation of life?

There are 5 kingdoms of Life, not animals. Animals(Animalia) are divided into phylums, so for other kingdoms. Animals are not divided into kingdoms. Pls don't mix things up.
Living things are divided into five kingdoms: animal, plant, fungi, protist and monera.
1). Monera (LEVEL OF ORGANIZATION OF LIFE IS AT THE CELLULAR LEVEL) is a kingdom that contains unicellular organisms with a prokaryotic cell organization (having no nuclear membrane), such as bacteria. They are single-celled organisms with no true nuclear membrane (prokaryotic organisms).
2). Protista (LEVEL OF ORGANIZATION OF LIFE IS AT THE CELLULAR LEVEL) are a diverse kingdom, including all eukaryotic organisms that are neither animals, nor plants, nor fungi. For classification, the protists are divided into three groups: animal-like protists, plant-like protists, and fungi-like protists.
3). Fungi (LEVEL OF ORGANIZATION OF LIFE IS AT THE MULTICELLULAR LEVEL(THEY HAVE SPECIALIZED TISSUES AND ORGANS)) are eukaryotic organisms that include microorganisms such as yeasts, moulds and mushrooms. These organisms are classified under kingdom fungi. The organisms found in Kingdom fungi contain a cell wall and are omnipresent. They are classified as heterotrophs among the living organisms.
4). Plants(LEVEL OF ORGANIZATION OF LIFE IS AT THE MULTICELLULAR LEVEL(THEY HAVE SPECIALIZED TISSUES AND ORGANS)) Plantae is the plant kingdom which contains all plants on the earth. They are multicellular eukaryotes. Characteristically, they contain a rigid structure that surrounds the cell membrane known as the cell wall, mainly multicellular organisms, predominantly photosynthetic eukaryotes.
5). Animals (LEVEL OF ORGANIZATION OF LIFE IS AT THE MULTICELLULAR LEVEL(THEY HAVE SPECIALIZED TISSUES AND ORGANS)) (also called Metazoa) are multicellular eukaryotic organisms that form the biological kingdom Animalia. With few exceptions, animals consume organic material, breathe oxygen, are able to move, can reproduce s*xually, and grow from a hollow sphere of cells, the blastula, during embryonic development.

Quote from Sunday on ,The kingdoms are five of which kingdom animalia is the most evolved and advance kingdom.
The kingdom animalia is further divided into phylum. The organization of life is another concept on its own, it is not specific only to animal but covered all living livings
Cell, tissue, organ and system are the organization of life.
Also, evolutionarily, life begins from water and from the most primitive to the most complex life.
Hope this help...
