📅 Start Date Commences on Monday, August 21, 2023.

🏢 Venue Details ICTC Building for SAAT, SEET etc.; SOBS HALL for SOBS, MBBS etc.

📁 Collection Point Forms for green files: Admissions Unit 2nd floor, old SEET Head Building.

📚 Required Documents JAMB result slip, JAMB Admission letter, FUTO PUTME result, O’ level results, etc.

🖨️ Print from Portal FUTO Admission Letter, Development levy receipt, School fees receipt, etc.

📄 Direct Entry Docs A’ level certificate, OND/HND/Degree Statement of Results for Direct Entry Candidates only.

Starting from Monday, August 21, 2023, the screening and registration exercises for all freshly admitted candidates will take place at the designated locations within the FUTO campus.

Venue Allocations for Different Schools:

For SAAT, SEET, SESET, SICT, SOHT, SOES, SOPS & SLIT: ICTC Building

For SOBS, MBBS, SBMS & CEs – PESS: SOBS HALL, located on the 1st Floor of the Old SEET Head Building

For collection of green file forms: Admissions Unit situated on the 2nd floor of the old SEET Head Building

Essential Registration Steps for Newly Inducted FUTO Students:

Tip: Before embarking on the registration journey, make sure to verify your FUTO Admission Status.

Green Files Acquisition: These are available for purchase at the University’s official bookshop.

Document Preparation: It’s paramount to be well-prepared. Ensure you have the following documents and their photocopies before proceeding with the registration:

Original JAMB Result Slip: Print directly from JAMB’s official portal.

Duplicate JAMB Admission Letter: Available for printing from JAMB’s portal.

FUTO PUTME Screening Result Slip.

O’ level statement of results.

Confirmation of Admission form (sourced from FUTO’s portal).

FUTO Admission Letter.

Development levy and School fees receipts (both printed from FUTO’s online portal).

Candidate’s profile slip.

Original validity form paired with a passport photograph.

Signed Acceptance letter.

Birth Certificate.

Letter of identification from your Local Government Area.
