AN ASTABLE MULTIVIBRATOR: is a type of RC oscillator that generates square or rectangular wave forms. The term astable means not stable. This type of circuit has a no stable state , and it produces its output as a result of continually seeking a stable state. The frequency of oscillation is determined by the charge time of the RC networks. Stable multivibrators are also known as free running
