Direct Entry requirements for Urban and Regional Planning in Bell University

  • Two ‘A’ level passes in Geography and Mathematics or ND in Quantity Survey, Urban and Regional Planning or any Environmental science such as Architecture, etc, from approved and accredited polytechnics or technical school.
  • There is also a consideration for estate management or Housing Technology when admitting direct entry candidates, meanwhile, approved and certified polytechnics or technical schools have an upper hand on this one. However, such student must apply appropriately by following the laydown guidelines by the institution with good JAMB score; the chance is 50/50.
  • The candidate must meet up with UTME requirements and score high mark in the exam.

UTME requirements for Urban and Regional Planning in Bell University

The candidate must have Five credit passes in SSCE including:

  • English Language
  • Mathematics
  • Geography
  • Economics, Chemistry, Physics, Technical Drawing (pick any one)

NOTE:

  • Biology is not of equal importance like the above-listed subjects, it can, therefore, be subsisted or even not considered.
  • Most importantly, the candidate must score high in UTME exam with a minimum of {220, this varies annually and with general performances in the UTME}.
