• Two ‘A’ level passes in Geography and Mathematics or ND in Quantity Survey, Urban and Regional Planning or any Environmental science such as Architecture, etc, from approved and accredited polytechnics or technical school.

• There is also a consideration for estate management or Housing Technology when admitting direct entry candidates, meanwhile, approved and certified polytechnics or technical schools have an upper hand on this one.
