Direct Entry requirements for Physics in UI  

• Two ‘A’ level passes chosen from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or any related courses in Electrical and Electronics, sounds, and Mechatronics.
• Crossing from Chemistry or scientific calculation-based departments in the same school is allowed but the candidate has to apply appropriately by following the laydown guidelines by the institution with a good JAMB score.
• The candidate must meet up UTME requirements and score high marks in the exam.

UTME requirements for Physics in UI

The candidate must have Five credit passes in SSCE including:

• English Language
• Mathematics
• Physics
• Chemistry

NOTE: Geography, Agricultural science, and even BIOLOGY are not needed.

Most importantly, the candidate must score high in the UTME exam with a minimum of {200, which varies annually and with general performances in the UTME}.
